Family Workshops for separated and divorced families

Four consecutive classes for separated, divorced and never married parents and children ages 5-17 that are offered monthly throughout San Diego County. Children learn they are not alone and how to express their feelings. Parents learn strategies of how to best help their children to transition through separation and divorce. This program is a court approved co-parenting program.

Peak Performance Family Classes for military families

3 hour class to help family members reconnect and communicate while building empathy and enhancing family problem solving, goal setting and resilience. Children learn new ways to cope and honor their military life while parents learn how best to support their children through family transitions. All military families welcome, regardless of branch or military status (Active duty, Reserves, National Guard, Veteran, etc). This class is free for military families.


Continuing the Conversation Counseling Program for children

Individual and group counseling services for children experiencing family separation, divorce or military transitions.


Parenting Time Classes for parents raising children in two homes

3 hour class where parents and step-parents learn to help their children transition from one home to the other and discover new tools and techniques to be the best parents, co-parents or step-parents possible.


Step-Parenting Success Support Group

Weekly support group for step-parents to discuss the joys and struggles of step-parenting. Children can never have too many positive adult role models in their lives! We talk about ways step-parents are disproving the “evil step-parent myth” on a daily basis. New topics presented each week.
